The Refuge
This large island off the west coast is a refuge for those people who want nothing to do with the power. Due to the large mountain range on the west coast of the continent, the refuge is a huge dead zone where it is not possible to use the power (without batteries).
Pirate Barons
Each of the islands in this archipelago is ruled by a different pirate baron. They have a loose agreement not to mess with each other, but everything here is very cloak and dagger. Lots of behind the scenes scheming going on.
